June 6, 2010--My 5K

Early in June, I participated in a 5K in Provo. I had really wanted to do one in the summer but hadn't trained as much as I wanted. Nevertheless I decided to do it. I convinced Curtis to do it with me and he pushed Anderson in the stroller. the other kids stayed and played at the park. It was hot but I was really excited that I ran 90% of it and actually enjoyed it. I love the way it feels after a long run. Here is me at the race:
