On Memorial Day weekend we went to the Homestead Resort. Curtis and I thought about taking the trip alone but then remembered how much fun it is to see the excitement in their faces when we go someplace new. We weren't disappointed by their reaction to the room, the fancy dinner, the pool, and all of the fun things we did. Here are some of the pictures of our trip. Included is some of our favorite family activities.
We played tennis!
James climbed trees,which is one of his favorite things to do.
We also love taking hikes.
These last pictures were taken at a glacial outwash, which was really just a whole bunch of rocks that you could climb on. James loved this, he was so brave he would jump from rock to rock, the rest of us were much more cautious. He got so far from us we had to call him back to wait for us.
